__ EXHIBIT E: A short story ____________________________________________________
I took my three-year-old son Liam to the Courtesy Diner, an old-style city
eatery here in St. Louis, Missouri. We go there occasionally to talk about boy
stuff, bacon and ice cream. We went later in the day and our waitress was
different than the regular morning crew we usually see. Anyway, the gist of the
story is that our very kind waitress (who was missing a few of her pearly
whites) delivered Liam his orange juice with a big smile... whereupon Liam said,
"Hey, you don't have very much teeth." I bet she spit in his ice cream.
